For cardholders -- many of whom got fed up with: the jacked up interest rates even if payments received on time; soldiers deployed to Iraq believing Cap1 would make a record of their unavailability promising to retain their accounts "current"; indexed fees and made changes to consumers' agreements when clicking "I Accept" under the fine print terms of service required in order for cardholders to make online payments.

Mark as Useful Constantly called for 3 days. I answered and they asked for my ex husband, who I said did not live here anymore. Then proceeded to call 3 more time sthat day. By the third call I asked to speak to a manager and heard laughing and was hung up on. Tried to call back and keep getting a recording. Want this number to stop calling please.
